An opportunity for TRANSECTS members, partners, and students to gather, share, and learn!

Program Institutes are opportunities for the TRANSECTS network to gather in person, strengthening relationships and deepening collective understandings of transdisciplinarity in research and practice. They are a space to network, co-design ongoing activities under TRANSECTS, and learn from and with each other about transdisciplinarity. They will foster learning from one another in a safe, cross-cultural setting and support community-building, professional networking, and critical reflection of our pedagogy and research practice. Institute participants often visit a local Biosphere Reserve/Region to discuss the activities of TRANSECTS. Participants will share research practices and outcomes in classrooms and field sites, engage in professional development workshops, and provide structured feedback on TRANSECTS.
