Students who participated in the 2022 Mini-Transdisciplinary International Learning Lab (TILL) were tasked with identifying recommendations for moving the Green Belt Initiative forward in the Elbe Brandenburg Biosphere Reserve and indicating how the recommendations advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Students used a variety of transdisciplinary research methods, including constellation analysis, to inform their recommendations for the Biosphere Reserve.

The report below, created by Mini-TILL student Mariana Campos Rivera (USask), details key findings and recommendations for the Biosphere Reserve from the mini-TILL students, developed while attending the TILL in Germany.
