TRANSECTS

Marlis Merry, MSs (she/her) is the Program Manager for TRANSECTS. She has recently graduated with a Master of Sustainability in Regenerative Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan’s School of Environment and Sustainability. Marlis has her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Economics and Environmental Studies. She has previously worked and volunteered with multiple organizations within the environment and sustainability space, including Redberry Lake Biosphere Region, Sage Sustainable Solutions Consulting, Beaty Biodiversity Museum, Clayoquot Biosphere Trust, and others. Marlis strongly aligns with and actively upholds the goals and principles of TRANSECTS. Marlis is excited to witness the growth and impact of the program over the next six years, and she greatly values the opportunity to support the partnership.
